I tried to set up a family account. Why did it not work?
Only parent/guardian IDs can be used to set up a family account. Be sure to use your guardian ID as your Access ID. This is CASE SENSITIVE. Make sure you match the case exactly. For example, crew378 is NOT the same as Crew378. Click here for directions on setting up a new account.
Why was I suddenly logged out?
Only one user can access an account at a time. For example, if a student is logged in and the parent tries to log in at the same time, the student will be logged out.
Why is my login not working?
Sometimes you may get a message that your info is not working. All parents will need to create a new user ID and password if you have not already done so. Also, if an account is currently being accessed with a guardian ID, you may be locked out until the other person logs out. You may also get the message "Cannot log in due to server error". This means that another guardian account is currently being used to access the information. It could also mean that you did not logout the last time you accessed the system. Please always be sure to click on the LOGOUT button instead of simply closing out the web browser. Thanks
